This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, or credits may be requested or granted in relation to any purchase made through our websites—https://risenleadcoaching.com, https://risenleadcoaching.online, or https://aswinsarang.com—or via any affiliated sales channels or events, whether virtual or in-person. By making a purchase or enrolling in any of our programs, services, or digital offerings, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Policy, which is an extension of our overarching Terms and Conditions.
1. General Policy Statement
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in a specific program description or agreement. Our products and services include but are not limited to: one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching packages, online courses, digital products, assessments, workshop registrations, consulting engagements, and live webinar access. Due to the nature of digital goods and personalized service-based delivery, we maintain a no-refund policy by default, unless explicitly provided for under the exceptions listed below.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
While we strive for total satisfaction, certain services may be eligible for refunds under the following conditions:
- One-on-One Coaching Sessions: Refunds may be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
- Group Coaching Programs or Live Events: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the program start date may be eligible for a 75% refund, with a 25% deduction for administrative and preparation costs. No refunds are granted after the start of the program or for missed sessions.
- Digital Courses and Online Trainings: If a course includes a stated satisfaction guarantee (e.g., “7-day refund guarantee”), the request must be submitted in writing within that specified window. Accessing more than 20% of course content or downloading resources may void the refund eligibility.
- Digital Downloads, Templates, Assessments: All purchases of downloadable products, self-assessments, or PDF materials are non-refundable, as access is granted instantly and irreversibly.
- Custom Consulting or Corporate Training Packages: Refunds are generally not applicable once a proposal is signed or services have commenced. Cancellations must be discussed contractually on a case-by-case basis.
- Technical Failures: If technical issues on our side (not related to user hardware or internet) prevent access to purchased content or live sessions, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access, reschedule sessions, or issue a credit or partial refund at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Cancellation of Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
If you have enrolled in a subscription-based service, such as monthly coaching plans or membership access:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your user dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
- Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods, and access will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
5. Rescheduling Policy
For coaching sessions or live classes:
- Rescheduling is permitted once per session, provided a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given.
- Missed appointments without prior notice or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- Repeat rescheduling requests may be declined at our discretion.
6. Force Majeure and Event Disruption
In the case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions, system outages, government orders, or other events outside our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or convert events/services into virtual formats. Refunds may be issued only if the service is completely discontinued and no reasonable alternatives are available.
7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first will be considered a breach of this Policy and may result in:
- Immediate suspension of access to your programs or services.
- Denial of future services or purchases.
- Legal action for recovery of delivered services and administrative costs.
We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any concerns before escalating payment issues externally.
8. Policy Amendments
RisenLead Coaching reserves the right to update, revise, or amend this Policy at any time, and such updates will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of the user to remain informed of the current policy terms. Continued use of our services after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
