Emotional Intelligence Practitioner & Coach
Master the science and application of Emotional Intelligence — for yourself and the people you coach.

About the programme
Build self-awareness, develop empathy, regulate emotional responses and coach others toward emotional mastery. Grounded in neuroscience, psychology and coaching frameworks.
Emotional intelligence is the ability to notice, understand and manage emotions — your own and other people’s. It shapes how we lead, communicate, handle pressure and build relationships, and unlike IQ it can be developed with the right tools and practice.
This practitioner and coach certification takes you from understanding to application. You’ll assess your own emotional competencies, explore what neuroscience tells us about emotions and behaviour, and learn a structured EI coaching framework you can use with individuals and teams.
By the end of the programme you’ll have a practical toolkit for self-coaching and for coaching others, and the confidence to bring emotional intelligence into your leadership, your workplace or your own coaching practice.

Emotional Intelligence questions
How long is the programme?
Live Online: 7 days × 3 hrs. Onsite · Dubai: 4 days × 8 hrs. See the upcoming dates above, or contact us for the next cohort.
Is the programme accredited?
Yes. It is accredited by International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), International Compliance Assurance for Holistic Practitioners (ICAHP).
What will I receive when I complete it?
Your RISENLEAD certificate of completion, with a unique certificate number and a QR code anyone can scan to verify it, plus a digital badge to share on LinkedIn and your website. You also join the RISENLEAD alumni community for life.
Is this a coaching qualification or personal development?
Both. You develop your own emotional intelligence first, then learn the framework and tools to coach others — so it works as personal growth and as a foundation for coaching practice.
What emotional intelligence certification do I receive?
The RISENLEAD Emotional Intelligence Practitioner & Coach certificate and digital badge, in a programme accredited by IPHM and ICAHP. It works as emotional intelligence training for your own growth and as an emotional intelligence coach certification for working with clients.
Do I need a psychology or coaching background?
No. The neuroscience and psychology are explained in plain language, and every concept is linked to practical tools you can use straight away.
Can I apply this in my organisation?
Yes. Many participants use the tools in leadership, HR and team settings. We also run the programme for organisations — see Corporate training for in-house options.
How is emotional intelligence different from mindfulness?
Mindfulness is one way to develop emotional intelligence. EI is broader: self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy and managing relationships. Our Mindfulness & Wellbeing programme goes deeper into mindfulness practice itself.
