If you cancel
- 14 days or more before the cohort starts: a refund of what you paid, minus a 10% administration fee. Or, if you prefer, a free transfer to another cohort.
- Less than 14 days before the start, or after it has started: no refund. You can transfer once, free of charge, to another cohort starting within the next 12 months, if places are available.
If you paid an Early Bird or Super Early Bird price, refunds are based on the amount you actually paid. A transfer keeps the price you paid.
If you live in the UK or EU
You have a legal right to cancel a booking made online within 14 days of paying, for a full refund with no administration fee. If you ask to start the programme within those 14 days and then cancel, we may deduct an amount for the sessions already delivered.
If we cancel or change a cohort
If we cancel a cohort or move it to new dates that don’t work for you, you can choose a full refund (with no administration fee) or a free transfer to another cohort. We aren’t responsible for travel or accommodation costs, so we recommend booking refundable travel for onsite programmes.
Sending someone in your place
You can send another person in your place at no charge, as long as you tell us before the cohort starts.
How to cancel or transfer
Email info@risenleadcoaching.com with your name, the programme and the cohort date. The date we receive your email is the date we use for this policy. We’ll confirm by email within 2 working days.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, within 10 working days of our confirmation. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Corporate and group bookings
Training booked by an organisation is covered by the agreement we make with that organisation.
