Where are onsite programmes held?
Onsite intensives run in Dubai. The venue is confirmed with participants when you enrol.
Can I join from elsewhere in the GCC?
Yes. Learners from across the GCC join our live online cohorts, or travel to Dubai for the onsite intensives.
How is RISENLEAD different from other coaching academies?
We combine neuroscience, emotional intelligence and real-world leadership principles for personalised, practical learning — not just theory.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Our programmes are designed for everyone — students, aspiring coaches and working professionals — regardless of background.
Are sessions live or self-paced?
Core certifications are live and interactive, onsite in Dubai or online. Self-paced options are also available on our online learning platform.
What outcomes can I expect?
Greater self-awareness, clarity, communication and confidence; an internationally accredited certificate; and practical coaching tools you can use straight away.
Can I use this training to coach others?
Yes. The practitioner programmes prepare you to coach clients ethically and effectively.
Is there community support?
Yes — an exclusive alumni group, ongoing support sessions, networking and collaboration opportunities.
Which bodies accredit RISENLEAD certifications?
Our Emotional Intelligence, NLP, Mindfulness & Wellbeing and Happiness Coach certifications are accredited by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) and ICAHP (International Compliance Assurance for Holistic Practitioners), and our NLP certification is also accredited by ABNLP (American Board of NLP, USA). Our Associate Coaching Practitioner (ICF Level 1, ACC pathway) and Professional Coaching Practitioner (ICF Level 2, PCC pathway) programmes are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
