How to verify, download and share your RISENLEAD certificate and digital badge
Verify a RISENLEAD certificate in seconds, download your certificate and digital badge, and share them on LinkedIn and in badge wallets.
How to verify a RISENLEAD certificate
Every RISENLEAD certificate can be checked online against our records. Verification is free, takes a few seconds and needs no account, so employers, clients and accrediting bodies can check a certificate whenever they need to.
- Open the verification page. Go to the RISENLEAD Credentials Portal at credentials.risenleadcoaching.com.
- Enter the certificate details. Type the certificate number and the recipient’s full name exactly as they appear on the certificate. Certificate numbers look like RL-EIPC-2026-00042.
- Check the result. The details are checked live against our records, and the page shows the recipient, the programme and the issue date. Revoked certificates are clearly flagged.
Scan the QR code instead
Every RISENLEAD certificate carries a QR code. Scan it with your phone’s camera to open that certificate’s verification page directly, with nothing to type.
If a certificate doesn’t verify
First check the certificate number and name for typing mistakes: they must match the certificate exactly. If it still doesn’t verify, email us at info@risenleadcoaching.com with a copy of the certificate and we’ll look into it.

How to add your RISENLEAD certificate to LinkedIn
Adding your certificate to LinkedIn lets clients and employers see your qualification and check it in one click. It takes a couple of minutes.
- Open your LinkedIn profile. Select Add profile section, then Add licenses & certifications.
- Fill in the details. Name: the programme name on your certificate, such as Emotional Intelligence Practitioner & Coach.
Issuing organization: RISENLEAD Coaching Academy. Choose our company page from the list so your certificate shows our logo.
Issue date: the date on your certificate.
Credential ID: your certificate number.
Credential URL: your certificate’s verification link. - Save and share. Save the entry. You can also share a post about your achievement, using your digital badge as the image.
Where to find your verification link
Your verification link is the page your certificate’s QR code opens. You’ll also find your certificate details in your account on the Credentials Portal at credentials.risenleadcoaching.com (Student login).
How to add your digital badge to a badge wallet
Your RISENLEAD digital badge follows Open Badges 2.0, the open standard for digital credentials. That means you can keep it in any badge wallet that supports Open Badges, alongside badges from other organisations, and share them as one collection.
- Download your badge. Sign in to the Credentials Portal at credentials.risenleadcoaching.com (Student login) and download your digital badge.
- Open your badge wallet. Sign in to a wallet that supports Open Badges 2.0, or create a free account with one, then choose the option to add or import a badge.
- Add your badge. Upload the badge you downloaded, or paste your badge’s link if the wallet asks for one. The wallet reads its details, including RISENLEAD Coaching Academy as the issuer.
What is a badge wallet?
A badge wallet, sometimes called a backpack, is an online account that stores your digital badges in one place. You can organise them into collections and share a link to them with employers or clients. Look for a wallet that says it supports Open Badges 2.0.
If your wallet can’t read the badge
Make sure you uploaded the badge file you downloaded from your account, not a screenshot or a resized copy, because those lose the badge’s details. If it still won’t import, email us at info@risenleadcoaching.com.
Frequently asked questions
Who can verify a RISENLEAD certificate?
Anyone. Employers, clients and accrediting bodies can verify a certificate for free, without creating an account.
What does it mean if a certificate is revoked?
It means the certificate is no longer valid. The verification page always shows a certificate’s current status, so a revoked certificate is clearly flagged.
Is a RISENLEAD certificate the same as an ICF credential?
No. A RISENLEAD certificate confirms that someone completed a RISENLEAD programme. ICF credentials, such as ACC and PCC, are awarded and verified by the International Coaching Federation itself.
Will I receive my certificate by email?
Yes. Graduates receive their certificate by email, and can download it again from the Credentials Portal at any time.
What’s the difference between my certificate and my digital badge?
Both show that you completed the programme. The certificate is a document you can save, print and share; the digital badge is a credential designed to be shared online and stored in a badge wallet.
Why add a Credential URL?
It adds a button to your LinkedIn entry that opens your certificate’s verification page, so anyone can confirm your qualification is genuine.
Should I add each RISENLEAD programme separately?
Yes. Each certificate has its own number and verification link, so add each one as its own entry.
What is Open Badges?
Open Badges is an open standard for digital credentials, maintained by 1EdTech. Badges that follow it carry information about who earned them, who issued them and what they mean, so any compatible wallet or platform can read them.
Do I need a badge wallet?
No. Your badge and certificate are always available in the Credentials Portal. A wallet is useful if you want to keep badges from several organisations together.
