Aswin Sarang
A leadership trainer and certified life coach known for a structured, results-oriented approach to personal transformation and executive development.
Aswin helps professionals build emotional intelligence, overcome internal limitations and lead with clarity and purpose. His background spans engineering, entrepreneurship and behavioural science, and he integrates modern psychology with practical coaching frameworks. He has trained and mentored hundreds of people using techniques rooted in NLP, hypnotherapy and sound therapy.
He is also the founder of Reliable Robotics, a Dubai-based robotics and Physical AI company founded in 2018 — bringing a rare combination of technical precision and emotional depth to his coaching.
