ICF Coach Training ICF Level 1 & Level 2 accredited programmes

Become an ICF-credentialed coach

International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach training — your pathway to the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials, live online from Singapore, or onsite in Dubai.

How it works

The ICF credential pathway

ICF credentials are awarded by ICF. Here’s how our accredited training fits into the journey.

1

Complete ICF-accredited education

Level 1 training (Associate Coaching Practitioner) leads towards the ACC credential; Level 2 training (Professional Coaching Practitioner) leads towards PCC.

2

Mentor coaching

Work with a qualified mentor coach on your coaching skills, as ICF requires for each credential.

3

Build coaching experience

Log your client coaching hours as you start practising.

4

Performance evaluation

Submit a recorded coaching session, assessed against ICF standards.

5

ICF Credentialing Exam

Pass the exam and apply to ICF for your ACC or PCC credential.

Requirements are set by ICF and may change. See coachingfederation.org for the current details for each credential.

FAQ

ICF coach training questions

What’s the difference between Level 1 and Level 2?

Level 1 (Associate Coaching Practitioner) builds a strong foundation in the ICF Core Competencies and is the education pathway towards the ICF ACC credential. Level 2 (Professional Coaching Practitioner) develops coaching mastery to the PCC Markers standard and is the pathway towards the ICF PCC credential.

Which programme should I start with?

If you’re new to professional coaching, start with the Associate Coaching Practitioner (Level 1). If you already hold an ACC or have substantial coach training and experience, talk to us about the Professional Coaching Practitioner (Level 2).

Does the programme give me an ICF credential?

ICF awards credentials directly. Our accredited programmes provide the coach-specific education ICF requires; you then complete ICF’s remaining requirements and apply to ICF. We guide you through the application.

Where can I see ICF’s full credential requirements?

ICF publishes the current requirements for each credential on its website, coachingfederation.org. Requirements are set by ICF and may change.
